Exile ("we", "us") is a small Indian streetwear studio operated by the founders directly. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights. By using exile.co.in (the "Site") you agree to this policy.

- Order details you send us via WhatsApp or email: name, shipping address, phone number, email, size, and the piece you want.
- Wishlist data stored locally on your device (no account required, never sent to us).
- Basic analytics from your browser (page views, device type, country) used to understand traffic patterns.
2. How we use it
- To process and ship the order you placed.
- To reply to support, sizing, and wholesale questions.
- To improve the Site and the drop experience.
We never sell, rent, or trade your data. We never send marketing emails without explicit opt-in.
3. Who we share it with
- Shipping partners (e.g. India Post, Delhivery, Bluedart) — only the address details required to deliver.
- Payment processors when applicable — they handle their own data under their own policies.
- Law enforcement when legally compelled.
4. Data retention
Order records are retained for 7 years for tax and accounting compliance under Indian law. Support conversations are kept for as long as needed to resolve them.
5. Your rights
You can request a copy of the data we hold on you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (subject to legal retention). Email exileclothing01@gmail.com from the address linked to your order.
6. Cookies
We use minimal first-party cookies for session and wishlist persistence. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
