These Terms govern your use of exile.co.in (the "Site") and any purchases made through it. By browsing the Site or placing an order you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
1. The studio
Exile is operated from India. All transactions are governed by the laws of India and the courts of Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction.
2. Orders
- Orders are placed via Instagram DM to @exile.clo.in after you generate a ticket on a product page or check out from the cart.
- An order is only confirmed once we reply with payment confirmation and a tracking promise.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example if a piece is out of stock, the address is unverifiable, or we suspect fraud. In that case, you receive a full refund.
3. Pricing & taxes
Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable GST. Pan-India shipping is free unless noted otherwise on the product page. International shipping is not currently offered.
4. Limited drop nature
Exile garments are released in numbered, finite drops. Once a piece is sold out it may never be reproduced. Photographs, swatches, and descriptions on the Site are honest representations but slight variation between batches is normal in heavyweight cotton garments.
5. Intellectual property
All artwork, photography, product names, the "Exile" wordmark and spark logo, and Site copy are the property of Exile. You may not reproduce, resell, or remix them without written permission.
6. User conduct
Don't attempt to break, scrape, or otherwise abuse the Site. Don't impersonate other customers. Don't use the WhatsApp line for unrelated commercial messaging.
7. Disclaimers
The Site is provided "as is". We do our best to keep it secure, accurate and available but make no warranty that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose beyond browsing the archive and ordering garments.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Exile's total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. The "last updated" date above will change accordingly. Continued use of the Site after an update constitutes acceptance.
